Thank you to our community for helping us support such an important cause—there’s still time to contribute!

This Sunday, August 3, the annual CHOC Walk in the Park will take place, raising much-needed funding for the fantastic work done at Children’s Hospital of Orange County in support of children’s health and well-being.

Gamers for CHOC was created in 2020 with the purpose of raising funds and awareness for CHOC (Children's Hospital of Orange County). Since then, Dreamhaven and game companies both big and small have rallied to amplify the impact of the event. To date, we’ve helped raise over $650,000 of the CHOC Walk’s $46 million lifetime total!

In our fifth year participating in the CHOC Walk, we are grateful to have been a part of Gamers for CHOC exceeding its fundraising goal of $100,000—but there’s still time to reach even higher! We hope you’ll join us in raising awareness of, and contributing to, health care programs, education, and research for kids in need across Southern California.

How to Get Involved

Simply visit the Gamers for CHOC page to learn more about this initiative and all the game industry teams that are participating. From there you can select Friends of Dreamhaven (or any other participating team), and then sign up to participate and raise funds on behalf of the team, or make a direct donation in support of any of the team members listed.

With our forces combined, the gaming community can do good in the lives of people all around the world who have been impacted by health challenges, social upheaval, natural disasters, and more. This steady generosity has continued to make a real difference in places where it’s needed most.

THANK YOU for representing the best qualities of who we are as gamers, and for extending your passion from in-game worlds out into the real world.
