Dreamhaven and its affiliates (referred to as “Dreamhaven”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), are about providing a safe haven for dreams and those who create them. Your privacy is important to us, and we will always try to treat you and your personal information with care and respect.
This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices and principles, including how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information. This policy does not apply to information collected by Dreamhaven offline or in connection with employment related matters. See the Dreamhaven Candidate Policy for more information. This policy also does not apply to third parties we do not own or control, and we are unable to guarantee that such independent third parties adhere to the same privacy practices as us. For example, this policy does not apply when you clink on a link to an external website operated by a third party. We encourage you to read such third party’s privacy policies and practices before sharing your personal information with them.

Dreamhaven stores and processes the personal information we collect for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy in the United States and other countries where our third party agents operate. By using our services and/or providing us your data, you agree that the information you provide to us may be transferred from your location / your country of residence to the United States. We maintain such personal information on secure servers and for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may also retain personal information as required by law.
Although no data protection system is 100% perfect, Dreamhaven has adopted reasonable technical, administrative, and physical procedures to help protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and alteration, including encryption as appropriate.
Dreamhaven recognizes the special obligation to protect the privacy of children online. Dreamhaven is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other California laws provide California residents with the certain rights.
California residents have a right to request that we inform them as to what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. Throughout this Privacy Policy, we discuss in detail the specific information and categories of information we collect from you and discuss how we use and share such information. The categories and sources of information we may collect are described in the What type of information do you collect? section above. The business and commercial purposes for which we use your information are described in the How do you use my personal information? section above. The categories of third parties to whom we disclose this information are described in the What information do you share with third parties? section above.

California residents may opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. California law broadly defines “sale” in a way that may include allowing third parties to receive certain information such as cookies, IP address and/or browsing behavior to add to a profile about your device, browser, or you.

California residents have the right to request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed certain personal information (as defined by California’s Shine the Light law) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

We give you choices when it comes to the use and collection of your information. For example, if you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing email we sent.

You may request what personal information about you we collect, use, disclose, and sell and have that information corrected if inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we delete certain data we have about you. Note that deleting certain account data may affect game play and/or your use of our Services. For example, we may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your account and thus your ability to play our games.

For account security and for the protection of your personal information, you may be asked to verify your identity and/or account ownership. Note that some personal data may be retained as permitted by law (e.g. to comply with legal obligations, to prevent fraud, etc.).
Dreamhaven may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or our website or service features. When we do so, we will notify you by changing the date at the top of this policy. If we have your email address, we will also notify you by email before we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy to give you the opportunity to review the revised policy and opt out of our services if applicable.
Non-material changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please periodically review this Privacy Policy so that you are up to date on our most current privacy policies and practices.
